We spent Christmas at this lovely boutique hotel and it was amazing! The rooms were beautifully decorated and the rain shower was a fun touch. The location was key, as we were able to walk to all the best bars and restaurants. , the continental breakfast offered was a nice way to start the day. One more advantage we enjoyed was the friendly staff, always ready to assist with any questions.
Though the air conditioning was effective, it was quite loud, and the balcony could have had better seating. we didn't feel like the desk staff was as knowledgeable as they could have been when it came to providing information about local sites.

The bed was perfect, we had a good rest. If you want to eat nearby, try Siroco, which is situated 100 ft away. We really enjoyed the location;))
Absolutely nothing.

Lovely hotel with a warm and inviting room. The staff are very willing to help with whatever they can.
Operations could improve a bit. The jacuzzi would turn on but not off - when I called at 7 am the staff man was very willing to help but didn't know what to do. I suggested he unplug the unit. He forgot to report this to the desk so we went through this each time. Same with internet It is the tropics .... so .... all was taken care of in tropical time.

We stayed in the old city over New Year's and it was very lively. We loved the area, full of great restaurants and history. the rooms were spacious and offered a nice view. the Wi-Fi was free and fast.
The construction around the hotel was overwhelming. Everywhere you turned there was noise and it was difficult to get around.

We loved the Design, Cleanliness, staff, location. Loved the wine closet and picked a bottle. We visited some others hotels in the area and decided that Casa del Horno was the best!!

Very tranquil and spacious rooms. Separate sitting area with top of the line technology, amenities, and attention to detail. Soaps by L'Occitane and water by Aqua Panna - no detail overlooked. Also Cafe next Door has amazing paninis and coffee!
Mattress could have been softer. I don't mind firm but a pillow top would have made Sleeping a bit more comfortable. However great pillows and sheets.

we liked the old bakery rebuilt as a boutique hotel. the 2 bedroom suites are very attrative. the in house italian restaurant is ok, no more. the bad part : the street of the hotel, and many other streets nearby, are under major construction, no car can enter and the luggage has to be carried in (but the staff and the driver handled that part 0. But walking in the old town was unpleasant. The work should be finished in 4 weeks.

Beautiful. We splurged on the Penthouse for my friend's birthday. It was even better than the lovely online photos. The staff, as requested by me in advance to do something nice for my friend (and charge me), knocked on our door a few minutes after arrival with a nice piece of birthday cake and candles (no charge). We would have loved to stay longer.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They helped coordinate transport, make dinner reservations, and provide directions. Our room was very clean and beautifully appointed.
The facility was in an area where a lot of refurbishing is going on, however most of the neighborhood is in disrepair and trash is commonly seen. When we stepped into the hotel it was like entering an exquisite oasis.

Eric and his staff were amazing. They saw to our everyneed - really made our stay in Panama better than we could have done on our own. Loved the cafe next door, too.
